5 Styles of Covers
To find out what year your tractor was made, check the serial number on the engine block on the right side at the front of the engine where the intake manifold and exhaust manifold bolt onto the engine. A list of the year of production and serial numbers are at the bottom of this page. M.O.M. tractor covers and Henry Ford & Son Covers (1917 - 1922) will not fit smoothly on tractors with after market fenders. These covers were designed to cover the steering wheel. The bracket that holds the fender to the dash gets in the way and will not allow the cover to lay smoothly on the tractor. If you want a Henry Ford & Son cover that fits your tractor with after market fenders smoothly, we will be pleased to make up a 1923 - 1945 cover that says Henry Ford & Son on it for you. Many tractors have exhaust pipes and air intake pipes that come straight up on the sides. Should your tractor have these pipes on it, the cover will not go over the tractor without cutting a hole in the cover for the pipe. We will be pleased to work with you and place a hole in the cover at the proper place. This way, the hole is placed right and constructed in a way that looks right, and is done in a professional manner. Please see the measurement page for details on measuring your Fordson tractor. There is no additional charge for this service.
*Ministry of Munitions Tractors were produced along with Fordson Tractors, but each retained their own unique characteristics. |
